Kalamna Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Prohibited Content

Users may not create, upload, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal or violates applicable laws
• Contains threats, harassment, or hate speech
• Promotes violence or criminal activity
• Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
• Exploits minors
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Includes spam, scams, or fraudulent activity

Platform Abuse

Users may not:

• Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the software
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Circumvent moderation systems or bans

Kalamna reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

4. Voice Rooms and Social Interaction

Kalamna allows users to participate in voice rooms and other interactive spaces.

Users are responsible for their behavior and interactions.

Kalamna does not guarantee the behavior of other users and is not responsible for disputes between users.

Users should exercise caution when sharing personal information.

5. Virtual Currency and Digital Items

Kalamna may offer virtual currency ("Coins") and digital gifts.

Coins may be used to:

• Purchase digital gifts
• Participate in platform activities
• Access certain features

Coins and digital items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be transferred outside the platform
• Are non-refundable except where required by law

Kalamna reserves the right to modify pricing or availability of virtual items.

6. Payments

Some features of the Service may require payment.

By purchasing Coins or other digital items, you agree that:

• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

7. User Content

Users may create and share content on Kalamna.

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by posting content on Kalamna, you grant JISS Tech LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Display
• Distribute
• Modify
• Promote

your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, designs, and platform features related to Kalamna are owned by JISS Tech LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Kalamna's intellectual property without written permission.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Kalamna may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in illegal activity
• Abuse the platform or other users

Kalamna may also remove content that violates community standards.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Third-Party Services

Kalamna may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers or payment processors.

We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

JISS Tech LLC makes no warranties regarding:

• availability
• security
• accuracy of content

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JISS Tech LLC shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• loss of profits
• loss of data

arising from use of the Service.

14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration will take place in Hudson County, New Jersey.

Both parties waive the right to participate in class actions.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or website.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
